When subscribing to our newsletter, we process: email address, and the date/time of subscription as proof of consent.
Purpose: Sending information about our products, services, and industry content.
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) (consent). Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future via the unsubscribe link or by emailing admin@archilion.com.
Retention period: Until withdrawal of consent (newsletter unsubscription).
Server Log Data
When you visit our website, the server automatically collects: IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, and browser/operating system information.
Purpose: Technical operation and security of the website.
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in secure and uninterrupted operation).
