We are three founders in Fellbach looking for people who want to solve deep industry problems with AI — not build the next ChatGPT wrapper. Small, focused, with real domain.
We currently have three open roles and one position we are preparing for the next phase. All roles report directly to the founding team.
You build the user interfaces for our AI platforms — from ArchFlow to the Archilion website and future Flow verticals. You work closely with the backend team and implement design system decisions autonomously.
You develop the RAG pipeline, GraphRAG engine, and retrieval systems for ArchFlow and future Flow platforms. You work with pgvector, BM25, and Vertex AI Frankfurt — exclusively EU-side infrastructure.
You open doors at architecture, construction, medical, and legal firms across the DACH region. You know the funding landscape (L-Bank, BMWK, ZIM) and can lead initial conversations yourself. Not a pure sales role — you join the project team after closing.
You help us prepare training data for our vertical models: annotation, quality assurance, managing labeling guidelines. No ML background needed — care and industry knowledge (e.g. architecture, medicine) are a plus.

L-Bank, ZIM, BMWK — we are eligible for funding. That ensures planning reliability even in the early phase.
You work directly with the three founders — no middle management, direct decision paths.
What we don't offer: Corporate benefit packages, guaranteed remote bonus, company pension in the early phase, above-market fixed salaries. We are a young GbR and we communicate that openly.
