One advisor. Every part of your business.

We're ERP and systems integration consultants — experienced in designing ERP and data systems for clients in Germany. From that core, we extend into data, automation, finance, security, marketing and strategy, backed by formal training across each of those areas.

What we do

Everything starts with ERP and systems integration — the capabilities below extend from that same core.

Technology and data

Software, ERP integration, databases and security — the technical foundation everything else runs on.

Most manufacturers and trading businesses run on systems that were bought off the shelf and then bent out of shape by years of manual workarounds. This service puts a proper technical foundation under your operations, so the systems you rely on daily are trustworthy, properly connected, and secure.

  • ERP integration — we build integrations as an extension layer on top of your existing standard system (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics) rather than editing its core, so your customizations survive vendor updates and upgrades instead of breaking with each new version.
  • Database architecture — we design your databases with a clear separation between the logical structure (what the data means) and the physical storage (how and where it's stored), following the standard three-schema model, so the system can grow — new tables, new volumes, new reporting needs — without a rebuild.
  • Security review — we audit access controls, exposed endpoints, and backup practices, because trading and manufacturing systems are frequently more exposed to the internet than their owners realize.
  • Hardening — once weaknesses are identified, we close them: tightening permissions, patching exposed points, and putting basic monitoring in place.

The result: technology that supports your decisions instead of quietly creating risk you only discover after something breaks.

Operations and finance

Automating the repetitive work, managing working capital, and optimizing import and export.

Before we automate anything, we map how the work actually happens today — not how the org chart says it should. That process map is what tells us which steps are worth automating and how your systems should connect, and it's also how we catch the timing gap between booking a profit and having the cash in hand — a gap that can hurt an import/export business even on a deal that's genuinely profitable.

  • Process mapping first: we model your actual workflow using Event-driven Process Chain (EPC) diagrams before touching any tool — automating without a map just speeds up the wrong steps.
  • Automation targets: order intake, invoicing, and reporting are typically where we start, since they're repetitive, rule-based, and consume the most staff time.
  • Integration approach: depending on how many systems you run, we set up point-to-point connections for a handful of tools, or a central hub once the number of connections would otherwise multiply out of control.
  • Liquidity-gap analysis: we separate profit from liquidity — a profitable order can still leave you cash-short if your customer's payment terms don't line up with what you owe your own suppliers.
  • Financing instruments: where the gap is structural rather than one-off, we look at customer deposits, factoring, or letters of credit as ways to close it on import/export transactions.

The result: fewer hours lost to repetitive admin, and a clear view of when cash will actually be available — not just when the invoice says it should be.

Strategy and advisory

Marketing, deciding what to build next, and an independent advisor who speaks Vietnamese, English and German.

Most advisory engagements start with what sounds impressive — a new certification, a new market, a new brand. We start with where the money and time are actually stuck: production planning has three layers (long-term capacity decisions, medium-term scheduling, short-term shop-floor execution), and in practice it's usually the day-to-day management and planning layer, not the strategy layer, that decides whether a workshop hits its numbers. We sequence your priorities from there, not from what looks good on a slide.

  • Bottleneck-first sequencing: we identify which layer — long-term, medium-term, or short-term planning — is actually costing you cash or time before recommending what to fix first.
  • Honest positioning and marketing: we help you describe what your business actually does and for whom, without overclaiming — this website is built the same way, with no fabricated case studies or invented certifications.
  • Digital presence recovery: if a business has lost control of its Google Business Profile, website, or social accounts — often after a partnership ends or an agency disappears — we help rebuild it from the ground up, with the business itself as the account owner from day one.
  • Independent advice: we don't sell software, machinery, or certification services, so our recommendations aren't tied to a product we need to move.
  • Three-language bridge: we work directly in Vietnamese, English, and German, so nothing gets lost in translation between your workshop and buyers or partners abroad.

The result is a short list of decisions worth making now, in the order that actually protects your cash flow and your time.
