I'm Nguyễn Hải Minh. I build custom software and data solutions for manufacturing ERP systems for clients in Germany. As a Staatlich geprüfter IT-Techniker (Fachrichtung Informatik) and Informationselektroniker, I combine deep technical skill with business-systems thinking to help manufacturers automate operations and optimize cross-border import and export.

Our mission is simple: bring the standardized business thinking, processes and technology we have built in Germany and Europe to manufacturers ready to grow. Hands-on work with German manufacturers taught us how much a clear operating system changes a business. That is the gap we want to close: pairing German engineering discipline with ambitious manufacturing teams.
How we work
Traditional IT projects often pass through several layers — analysts write requirements, managers translate them, and by the time developers finish, the real need has moved on. We work the way modern software engineering recommends: agile, in short iterative cycles similar to Scrum, talking with you directly at every step. No handoffs, no drift between what you asked for and what actually gets built.
