About us
Archilion is a small digital marketing studio in Fellbach, near Stuttgart. We work as the outsourced marketing department for small and mid-sized local businesses — restaurants, trades, beauty studios and other local service providers.
Why we exist
We keep seeing the same three problems at small and mid-sized businesses:
A digital presence nobody maintains
A website, Google Business Profile or social media channels were set up at some point by an agency, a friend, or a freelancer — and then left alone.
No time for marketing, no budget for a full agency
Whoever is running the day-to-day business barely has time left for marketing, and a traditional agency with several points of contact fits neither the budget nor the daily routine.
Accounts, reviews and spend nobody controls
Access to the business's own Google Business Profile or social accounts often sits with a third party. Bad reviews go unanswered, and ad budget gets spent without anyone reporting, in a way you can actually follow, what it achieved.
That's the gap we close.

Founder — Strategy, Marketing, SEO, Data & Software
I'm Nguyễn Hải Minh, founder of Archilion. I'm responsible for strategy, marketing and SEO, as well as the technical side of our work: websites, tracking and reporting. As a state-certified IT-Techniker (Fachrichtung Informatik) and Informationselektroniker, I combine technical skill with a business view of marketing — backed by a degree in Business Informatics from FernUniversität Hagen. I speak German, English and Vietnamese, which often makes a real difference when working with Vietnamese-run businesses in Germany.

Concept & Interior Design
Leads concept and interior design — hands-on furniture design and 3D visualization (real-scale 3D models, material selection, renders) for furniture buyers in the EU and US. Brings the spatial side to every concept: layout, materials and mood.
David Long Bùi
Content & Social Media
Responsible for content and social media at the studio: ongoing content for our clients' social media channels, day-to-day channel management, and close coordination with our photo and video production.
Based in Fellbach
We are based in Fellbach near Stuttgart. Meetings take place at your business in the Stuttgart region or remotely — by phone, video call or email. Visits to our office address by appointment only.
Languages
We work in German, English and Vietnamese. For Vietnamese-run businesses in Germany — restaurants, nail studios, trades — that means official paperwork, contracts and client communication don't have to go through a detour. We understand both sides.
