Services

We are the outsourced marketing department for small and mid-sized businesses — restaurants, trades, beauty and nail studios, local service businesses. Everything below can be booked as a single project, but works best as ongoing monthly support, because marketing pays off through continuity, not a one-off push.

How we work

A process drawn from established marketing and consulting practice, not improvised: we start with where the business actually stands today, work outward to the market, competitors, and guests or customers, and — for businesses with a physical space — down into that space itself, before everything converges into one concept and moves into ongoing execution.

1

Business Audit

Current state of the business

2

Market & Competition

Guests, customers, competitors

3

The Space

for businesses with a physical location

4

The Concept

everything comes together

5

Execution & Support

ongoing, with reporting

Step 3 applies to businesses with their own space — restaurants, studios, storefronts — and draws on our design team's interior work.

The seven services

Bookable individually — or, the better fit for most businesses, combined as ongoing monthly support.

Marketing Support — Your Outsourced Marketing Department

Ongoing monthly support instead of one-off projects: content calendar, execution, channel upkeep, reporting, one point of contact.

Most small and mid-sized businesses have neither the time nor the staff for their own marketing department — and still need one. That's the role we take on, continuously, not project by project.

  • Content calendar: what gets published where and when, based on what the business actually has to show — not a generic template.
  • Execution, not just planning: we write, shoot, film, and publish ourselves. No strategy deck that ends up back on the business's desk.
  • Channel upkeep: Google Business Profile, website, and social channels stay current and active on an ongoing basis — not just in the first weeks after launch.
  • Monthly reporting: what was published, what worked, what's next — laid out clearly, not a black box.
  • One point of contact: one person who knows the business throughout, instead of rotating junior account handlers at an agency.

The result: a marketing function that actually runs — without you having to become the marketing department yourself.

SEO & Local SEO

Local visibility where guests and customers actually search — from the map pack to AI answers.

A large share of searches for a nearby restaurant, trade business, or nail studio no longer go through a classic website — they go through the map pack and the AI answer built directly into the search engine. If a business isn't properly maintained there, it's effectively invisible to that search.

  • Google Business Profile: fully maintained, with the categories, photos, and attributes that actually matter for the local map pack.
  • Technical SEO & on-page: page structure, load time, meta data, clean internal linking.
  • Directory and listing cleanup: tracking down and fixing old names, dead pages, and wrong addresses across business directories.
  • Multilingual websites: German, English, Vietnamese — each language version written independently, not machine-translated.
  • Visibility in AI answers: how a business shows up at all in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and similar answers.

The result: whoever searches nearby finds the business — through Google Maps, a classic search, or an AI answer.

Content & Production (Photo, Video, Social Media)

On-site production with our own equipment: food, spaces, team, work. No stock photos.

Most small businesses make do with phone photos or generic stock images — neither actually shows what the business is. We produce it ourselves, on site, with professional equipment.

  • Full-frame camera and our own lighting: professional image quality, without outside crew standing around the business.
  • Food, spaces, team, work: the business shown as it actually is, not staged.
  • Vertical format for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok: where the target audience actually looks.
  • Stills for website, menu, and print: print-ready files, not just cropped social images.
  • A content calendar instead of random posting: matched to channel and audience, not gut feeling.

The result: imagery that actually shows the business — not a template with a swapped-out logo.

Search & Social Media Advertising (Paid Ads)

Google Ads and Meta advertising with budget control — and an honest answer to whether advertising is even the right lever.

Ad budget disappears fast and comes back slowly when campaigns run without clear structure or ongoing oversight. We set campaigns up, steer them continuously by real numbers — and say upfront when organic work would get the same result more cheaply.

  • Campaign setup: structure, audiences, and bidding strategy matched to the actual budget available.
  • Ongoing management: adjustments based on real numbers, not a "set it up once and leave it" approach.
  • Budget control: transparent spend, no platform-suggested budget increases applied without checking with you first.
  • Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram): chosen by audience and business.
  • An honest assessment upfront: if SEO or content would achieve the same result more cheaply, we say so.

The result: ad budget that lands where it actually works — or doesn't get spent at all.

Review & Reputation Management

Handling Google reviews: building them up, an answer strategy, and reporting unlawful reviews on a success-fee basis.

Reviews often decide directly whether someone calls a restaurant, studio, or local service business, or keeps scrolling. We handle the ongoing side of that — and the specific case where a review is actually unlawful.

  • Building reviews: actively inviting real guests and customers to leave one, instead of hoping it happens by chance.
  • Answer strategy: factual, business-like responses to positive and critical reviews alike.
  • Reporting unlawful reviews: we prepare the report and file it with Google on the business's behalf — we do not represent you legally; that stays with a lawyer if one is needed.
  • Success fee: costs only apply if a reported review is actually removed — not for the attempt.

⚠️ Important: only unlawful reviews can be reported. A bad but legally permissible opinion stays up — success is never guaranteed.

⚠️ Also important: Google now publicly flags removed reviews with a notice directly on the profile (e.g. "defamation removed"). We discuss that with you upfront, not after the fact.

The result: a realistic, transparent approach to reviews — without false promises.

Recovering Digital Assets (Digital-Presence Recovery)

Recovering access to a Google Business Profile, website, domain, or social accounts — and keeping it with the business for good.

A Google Business Profile, a website, or a social media account often slips out of reach through an ended partnership, a former employee, or an agency that no longer exists. We help get access back.

  • Access recovery: getting back lost or blocked access to a Google Business Profile, website, domain, or social media account.
  • Root-cause check: establishing how access was lost — a former agency, a former employee, an outdated email address.
  • Ownership from day one: the business itself owns the accounts, under its own login — not Archilion, not any agency.
  • Handover and documentation: login details, admin rights, and responsibilities properly documented.

The result: the business's digital assets sit back where they belong — with the business itself.

Websites, Marketing Software & Marketing Data

Websites and landing pages connected to booking and menu systems, plus the analysis that shows what actually works.

Software here is a tool for marketing, not a separate offering: a website that actually generates inquiries, and data that shows what's working.

  • Websites and landing pages: built around what the business actually offers, not a generic template.
  • Booking and menu integration: reservations, appointment booking, or a digital menu connected directly.
  • Automating inquiries and follow-up: forms and follow-up sequences so no one has to chase every inquiry by hand.
  • Tracking and analytics setup: proper measurement instead of gut feeling.
  • Analysis of point-of-sale and booking data: what the business's own numbers show — revenue by weekday, utilization, trends.
  • Monthly dashboards: the key numbers in one place, laid out clearly.

The result: the technical and data foundation the rest of the marketing actually needs to work at all.

Frequently asked questions

Scope determines price, so there's no fixed price list here: a website relaunch is a different project from ongoing social media support. Single projects are possible, but ongoing monthly support is usually the better fit — marketing works through continuity, not a one-off push. After an initial conversation, we put together a concrete offer for your business.

The person you talk to is the person who actually works on your business — no handoff to a junior account manager, no strategy deck without execution. Research here means real facts about your market and your competitors, not a template that looks the same for every business. And our own photo and video production replaces stock photos with images of your actual business.

No. We set up and maintain the website, tracking, and the tools around them. From your side, we occasionally need short input — a photo approval, or access to an existing account — but not technical management of your own.

You do. Google Business Profile, website, domain, and social media accounts run under the business's own name and login from day one — not ours. That applies equally to recovered accounts and newly set up ones.

No. Only a review that is actually unlawful can be reported and removed — a bad but legally permissible opinion stays up. Success is never guaranteed, and we only charge if a review is actually removed. Google also now publicly flags removed reviews on the profile — we discuss that with you upfront too.

Our studio is based in Fellbach, near Stuttgart, and on-site photo and video production needs physical proximity. SEO, websites, ads, data, and reporting, on the other hand, work independent of location — among others, we work with Vietnamese business owners outside the region too.
